The quickest and most convenient way to initiate an appointment with me is to:

• Send a WhatsApp message to the therapist you have chosen from the contact in their profile. If you need help deciding on a therapist, drop a message on +91 8928465729 and we will assist you.
• Your therapist will respond to you with appointment availability (in Indian Standard Time).
• You confirm the availability of your preferred slot and make the payment via UPI/ Bank Transfer. We follow a standard pay at the time of booking an appointment policy for every session. 
• You will get a confirmation from your therapist once we receive the screenshot of the payment with the transaction reference number.
• Your therapist will send you a consent form which will help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a client as well as those of the therapist.

24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy: Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.

Please Note:

To adhere to the Codes of Ethics of my profession we follow the below-mentioned protocol at all times:

• You will receive a response only  during work hours (10 am to 8pm) 
• We work on a prior appointment basis only, and are not available on an emergency basis. If you are in distress, please reach out to helpline numbers –

• Communication outside the session will be restricted to appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and fee payment. We are restricted from responding to any other personal discussion outside the session since that would be unethical.
• You may be referred to another professional if required, in the interest of your own well-being.
• The centre is under CCTV surveillance at all times.
• This is a purely professional service- any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination and be met with legal action.
